1. REFUND DETAILS

Hygiene Standards

  • Once a product leaves our sterile environment, returning it would compromise our disinfection standards.
  • For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any items.

No Returns or Refunds

  • Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing, as we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. REPLACEMENTS

To qualify for a replacement issue, the following conditions must ALL be met:

✅ The item must be:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Brand new — in the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn — never used on any surface, indoors or outdoors
  • Unwashed — no cleaning products or modifications applied
  • In original packaging — including the original shoe box, tissue paper, tags, and any accessories or inserts that came with the product

❌ Replacements will NOT be accepted if:

  • The boots are in perfect condition with no damage or defects
  • The boots have been worn — even once, even indoors
  • The boots show any signs of use (mud, grass stains, scuff marks, creasing, odor)
  • The original box is damaged, missing, or used as shipping packaging without additional outer wrapping
  • Any tags or labels have been removed or damaged
  • The boots have been modified, customized, or altered in any way
  • The replacement request is made after the 24h window
  • The customer claims the product is not authentic, counterfeit, replica, or not genuine — All products are sold as described in our Terms of Service. Returns based on authenticity concerns will not be accepted.



3. HOW TO INITIATE A REPLACEMENT

Step 1: Send Photos Within 24 Hours

Email us at crownedcleats@gmail.com with the following:

Subject Line: "Replacement Request — Order #[Your Order Number]"

Required Photos (all four must be included):

Photo Required What to Show
Photo 1 Full view of both boots together — top/upper side
Photo 2 Soleplate/bottom of both boots — showing no wear
Photo 3 Original packaging (shoe box + any tissue/tags)
Photo 4 Close-up of any area you believe is damaged/defective

Photos must be:

  • Clear and well-lit (no blurry or dark images)
  • Taken within the 24h replacement window
  • Show the actual item you received — no stock or edited photos

In your email, please also include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We will review your photos and respond within 3 business days.

  • If approved: You will receive a replacement confirmation email with instructions on where to ship the item.
  • If denied: You will receive an email explaining why the request does not meet our eligibility requirements.

    Items reported as damaged after 24 hours of delivery will not qualify for a damage claim.

 


8. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped at no cost.
  • To cancel, email crownedcleats@gmail.com with your order number within 12hrs after your order has been confirmed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives.
  • If your cancellation request is sent more than 12hrs after your order has been confirmed, the request will not be accepted.
